Home owner submits an application to investor to transfer apartment sale and
purchase contract.

2:
Both seller and buyer come to the notary office to make a contract of apartment
transfer . The buyer pays money to the seller.

3:
One of the two (both the seller or the purchaser are accepted) go to tax
department (the district where apartment is located) to get tax receipts and
pay taxes. According to Law of Personal Income Tax, the transferor is obliged
to pay personal income tax. However, the two parties can decide who pay the tax.

4:
Get the receipt, collect all papers then bring to investor to confirm the
transfer of the apartment.
